This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) applies to all customers, users, and accounts (“you”) of DNS The World LLC (“DNS The World,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our Devices, services, or subscriptions (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to comply with this Policy.
This Policy is designed to protect the security, reliability, and integrity of our Services, as well as the safety of our customers and the broader internet community.
1. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our Devices or Services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose, including but not limited to:
Illegal Activity: Using the Services in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or court order.
Network Abuse: Launching or participating in denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, port scanning, or attempts to disrupt networks, devices, or services.
Spam & Unsolicited Communications: Using the Services to send spam, phishing messages, or any unauthorized bulk communications.
Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks (including our systems, third-party services, or other customers).
Malware & Exploits: Distributing or facilitating malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, or any other harmful code.
Fraud & Deception: Engaging in fraudulent activity, impersonation, or misrepresentation of identity.
Security Circumvention: Tampering with or attempting to disable security features, firmware protections, or server safeguards.
Infringement: Using the Services in a manner that infringes intellectual property or other proprietary rights of third parties.
2. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account or through your Device.
You must keep your account credentials secure and immediately notify us of any unauthorized use.
You are responsible for configuring your Device and third-party integrations in compliance with applicable laws.
3. Enforcement
We reserve the right to monitor compliance with this Policy.
If we reasonably determine that you are in violation, we may:
Suspend or terminate your access to the Services,
Block or disable Devices,
Report activity to law enforcement if required by law.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by enforcement actions under this Policy.

5. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
