DNS The World – Dealer Terms & Service Agreement

This Dealer Terms & Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between DNS The World LLC (“DNS The World”, “we”, “us”) and the registering dealer (“Dealer”, “you”).

By registering for a Dealer account, you agree to the following terms.

1. Dealer Eligibility

Dealer accounts are intended for:

Alarm companies

IT service providers

Managed service providers (MSPs)

System integrators

DNS The World reserves the right to approve, deny, or terminate dealer accounts at its discretion.

2. Dealer Account Usage

Dealer accounts allow management of multiple end-customer devices under one account.

Dealer agrees:

Not to resell dealer access to end users

Not to share login credentials

To maintain accurate customer records

3. Pricing & Tier Levels

Dealer pricing is based on the number of active devices under management.

Pricing tiers are adjusted automatically based on usage

Unit counts are measured monthly

DNS The World may update pricing with 30 days notice

4. Billing & Payments

Billing occurs monthly unless otherwise agreed

Failed payments may result in service suspension

Taxes may apply based on billing location

Dealer hardware purchases are billed separately from service subscriptions.

5. End-Customer Responsibility

Dealer is responsible for:

Supporting their own customers

Ensuring proper installation and configuration

Compliance with all applicable laws

DNS The World does not provide direct end-user support for dealer-managed accounts unless covered by a separate SLA.

6. API & Automation Access

API access is provided for dealer automation and integration.

Dealer agrees:

Not to abuse or overload the API

To comply with rate limits

Not to reverse engineer or misuse the service

7. White-Labeling

White-label features, if enabled, must not:

Misrepresent DNS The World ownership

Remove legal attribution

Imply ownership of DNS The World infrastructure

8. Service Availability

DNS The World strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service unless covered by a written SLA.

9. Termination

DNS The World may suspend or terminate dealer access for:

Abuse

Non-payment

Violation of these terms

Dealer may cancel service at any time. No refunds for partial billing periods.

10. Limitation of Liability

DNS The World shall not be liable for:

Lost revenue

Indirect damages

Third-party DNS provider outages

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by Dealer in the preceding 30 days.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Acceptance

By checking the acceptance box during signup, Dealer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
