Square-issued payment tokens (used to process subscription charges and refunds).
Last four (4) digits of your card number and the expiration date, used for customer support and reference.

Device Data: Device identifiers, public IP addresses, and related configuration data.
Log Data: When Devices update IP addresses, our servers record update logs (timestamp, Device ID, IP address, and forwarding status).
Usage Data: Interactions with our website or account portal, including browser type, operating system, and general analytics.
c. Information From Third Parties
If you configure our Services to forward updates to external services (e.g., DNS providers), we may collect integration data necessary to perform the forwarding. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties.

With Service Providers: We use trusted providers such as Square to process payments. Square stores full card details and issues us tokens.
With Third-Party Services You Configure: If you connect our Services to an external DNS provider or other third-party service, we forward your Device’s IP updates as instructed.
For Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or if necessary to protect rights, safety, or property.
Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction.
4. Data Storage & Retention
Payment Metadata: We store card last 4 digits, expiration date, and tokens from Square for as long as your subscription or account is active.
IP Update Logs: We retain update logs for a reasonable period needed for troubleshooting, service continuity, and compliance.
Account Data: Retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 8).
5. Data Security
We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption, access controls, and secure servers. Sensitive payment data is handled only by Square, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant.

7. Subscriptions & Billing
If you sign up for a subscription, your payment method will be billed automatically at the beginning of each billing period via Square. You can update or remove your payment method and cancel subscriptions in your account dashboard or by contacting support.
